HOW TO: Travel on a Homeless Persons' Budget

So you want to travel the world, the continental US, or maybe just GTFO of town for a weekend roadtrip but you're $30K in debt/live paycheck to paycheck/the only difference between you and a homeless peep is you have a temporary roof over your head? HEARD THAT. I moved to LA leaving behind my small room adjacent to my parents thinking I had it all figured out, only to find out I had something called student debt (????) and something else called 'maxed out credit cards/credit debt' #fabuluxe #debtdiva. Sure that means you need to make some life choices like, WTF am I going to do so I'm not the cliche 20-something who has to move back across the country into the small condo with my rents..., that would also mean the end of the crazy adventures Hannah and I had gone on (yes also on a homeless persons budget) in the past. No more couchsurfin' Sundance film festival, or being basic at Art Basel Miami, I would be forced to shuffle back and forth to work and to and from my non-air conditioned apartment on a sketchy street in North Hollywood, and that seemed pretty FUCKING bleak. But alas, not so my dear donkeys, there are WAYS to travel to those destinations and here's how:

If you're newly poor because you just got off your parents payroll, say goodbye to traveling as you know it. If you've been broke AF for a while and still haven't figured out how TF the PKO gals do it, here's how:
